The Move from PVE to PVP
Roles: UX/UI
Cat Force was a Match-3 game that Playtika built up and developed within it’s studio branch in Montreal. Initially created as a PVE (Player Versus Environment) game, it later became a PVP (Player Versus Player) game after management saw more possibilities in scaling up for success. In pivoting the game for this market, it did pose challenges along the way (see FTUE project). But as a result, the studio was able to achieve success, as it added more content to its growing user base (see Collections project).
